I LOVE Thai One On. Saap Saap! (delicious) I have been eating here for over a year and the food is consistently great. Delivery has always been on time (or even early). I have dietary restrictions on peanuts, bell peppers and gluten. They ALWAYS follow ALL of my change requests. Bonus, they use as many reusable/recyclable take-out materials as possible :-)

Food was great. Delivery was supposed to be 45 minutes, took over an hour. No updates on the app, restaurant wasn't answering their phone, had to call Beyond Menu to get any kind of update.

The food was excellent, however we were disappointed to find that we received the wrong items after we had returned home from picking up. Beef phad thai and veggie phad thai instead of chicken phad thai and broccoli delight. Too late to return them, so we ate them. Disappointing, but they were tasty.

Food tasted ok but arrived 50 minutes after "delivery time began" (and over 90 minutes after actually ordered). Food was nearly cold. Pad Thai was in a block and salad was drowned in sauce.

This is one of our families favorite restaurants hands down and the best Thai food around! We love the friendly service and they always remember not only what we want but even the kids names. Love it!
