Everything good wise was great. The restaurant charged me twice. They never confirm your order until it’s at your door so you never know if your food is coming or not.

Ordered from the app, waited 30 min before driving to pickup. After paying told to wait, no ETA. Waited > 40 min outside, total 70 min wait for 3 roll order. Expensive & poor communication.

Delivery order was 2.5 hours late!! After calling 3 times they stated driver was ‘out deformed delivery’ I have 2 small children, a 2.5 hour delivery is comical, with no attempt to remedy

Restaurant is great. This app takes a very long time (at least 30 minutes) to transmit order to the restaurant. Many customers arrives at restaurant to find they didn’t even have the order yet.

With "Take Home" Sushi one looses the presentation of the food on beautiful plates/platters and artfully carved garnish . The Sushi still looked incredible and tasted fantastic.
