I’m disappointed that nobody seems to know what is in your homemade mayonnaise. I’d like to try the snow crab California roll, but I’m allergic to dairy, so I want to play it safe.

Extremely good quality for the price. People seeking more adventurous ingredients will be disappointed. I drive 40 minutes to get here, passing over 6 other sushi places. Lunch deal cannot be beat.

I LOVE this restaurant, but they ignored dietary restrictions (which usually doesn't happen) and didn't refund the roll they was wrong like they said they would. This place is normally fantastic. I'm so disappointed!

Wasn’t a fan of the salmon skin roll and I usually love salmon skin but I think I ordered the wrong one. I don’t like cream cheese in it so I will try another roll next time. Otherwise I liked my food

I am always happy with my experiences with Chiba. It is hands down my favorite Japanese restaurant. Their hibachi is delicious.
