Tonkotsu broth is a delicious pork bone broth that has a silky texture and milky & opaque coloring, topped with pork belly Chashu, baby bok choy, shredded kikurage mushroom, Nori (seaweed), Menma (bamboo shoots), Ajitama (soft-boiled egg), fish cake, sweetcorn kernel, and chopped scallion.
