Once again they did not include chutneys for our samosa and pakora appetizers!!!! Also though I asked for items to be not spicy because my elderly parents cannot tolerate it, they are. The food is good but need some quality assurance

Order is never ready by the time given. Waited an hour when estimated time was 30min and naan was missing from our order. It's too bad the service is so poor because their food is pretty good.

I was racially profiled by your worker who thought because I'm Black my PREPAID order wasn't paid for(I have pictures). Also the tea was wrapped in a paper cup that disintegrated before I returned home. I was unable to drink the tea (Pictures).

I waited 2 hours and the food was not delivered. When I called they told me it was ready to be picked up. I haven't tasted the food yet as I am still waiting. Total boobs.

Restaurant does not provide status updates as promised in app. I used the special request text box to ask for a text message when order was ready. Neither resulted in a notification. Food ended up sitting for nearly 30 minutes by the time I arrived.

Rest. does NOT notify cust. when order is ready, as app states. I showed up & my order had been waiting 20 minutes. Special notes were ignored. Online menu does not match in-person. Staff not English proficient, hard to make changes or adjust.
