I ordered from Jade’s restaurant on 5/15/21. I ordered “Pad Thai with chicken, no green onion, light on the peanuts”. Per their menu and online ordering site, their Pad Thai is made with Rice noodles, green onion, carrots, egg, bean sprouts, peanuts, the Pad Thai sauce and lemon. Because I dislike onions, I ordered with no green onions. The dish came with a lot of cooked white onions in the dish. Per the lady I spoke with on the phone “I” should’ve ordered it without the white onions. I have ordered Pad Thai from multiple restaurants and never had white onions in it before and I also read their description before ordering. I advised them that they need to revise their menu or cook it like the menu says! She wasn’t very friendly, making it seem like it was my error and not theirs but she did offer to make another without onions but I was already home and had picked the onions out. Also the lid on the sauce on the kids nuggets (which were not nuggets, just sweet and sour chicken—even came with sweet and sour sauce!) had melted/deformed from the steam/heat and spilled all over the food inside the styrofoam container.
