They forgot the extra sides of rice on our order

All of the food was tasty but our Pad Kee Mow was missing the noodles. I consider that a major item

Don’t lie to your customers. Just tell them the truth, they will understand and will respect you more. Ordered @3:18pm, pick up@7. Food not ready, forgot and lied. Food finally ready at 7:16. DONT LIE

food was great. unfortunately this ordering system didn't work. they called me tho to get the order. great customer service and delicious food.

Restaurant was new to this service and didn't receive notification of my order. He didn't notice it until I told him I used this service. Considering that I was very hungry, this did not sit well. He quickly moved me to the front of the line and completed the order quickly. I think he should have offered something for the trouble, but he didn't. Not going to try this again, sorry. Food was great, but I would just call in the order or show up and order.
