hi I usually rate my orders from Chen’s very high. But this evening, the fried rice was so over salted that my husband and I were unable to eat it. Chicken fried rice is usually a staple item when we order and we’ve never been disappointed until today.

Our last order was really late. An hour past expected delivery time. While frustrating, Chen’s was extremely apologetic and took a significant percentage off the bill. Great customer service.

The rice was either undone all the way or old either way it was hard. And filled with shrimp in a combo. The platter was shoved all into one package. The shrimp chow mein was ok but something was off about it. Overall food was okay at best.
