Egg Foo Yong should be nice firm patties with fresh bean sprouts, onion, mushroom and meat. This had none of that. The patties were undercooked as to be mushy and inedible.The meat they sprinkled on top was a mystery. They claim it was beef but it looked like chicken. Regardless it was very tough and inedible as well. How they stay in business serving such substandard food is beyond me. The Sweet & Sour delight was not bad but they breaded chicken and shrimp together to make it look like jumbo shrimp. Sneaky and shameful.
