Typically a stellar experience, the past two time I have ordered takeout, there have been long delays. Only explanation is “we are busy”. Perhaps the app could suggest more realistic pickup times?

I love the ease of use of the APP as far as placing the order and also being able to pay in advance. I love everything I've had from Toyko Bleu (have visited this location a few times for pick-up); never disappointed.

I was given spicy beef miso instead of spicy shrimp miso. I don't eat meat so I could not eat my meal. The pineapple and beef fried rices were ok

We ordered the shrimp teriyaki. My daughter loved the flavor but it was overcooked. I ordered the trio sushi and it was packaged in the same bag as the shrimp. So my sushi was room temp/warm. A huge pet peeve of mine.
