Struggle to provide enough wasabi, ginger, or soy sauce, even after asking directly. Instead of tipping, use the money to buy your own. Poor business practices hurt the business. Simple to understand.

The food was great but it’s incredibly frustrating that this restaurant doesn’t let you know when your food is ready or even give you an estimate. I had to call the restaurant to find out.

I always worry about ordering my food to go because most restaurants seem to skimp on the portions, but Sawa gave us everything we wanted and it was absolutely delicious and our order was ready within 20 minutes of ordering! Definitely our favorite place to get sushi!

The sushi was good and fresh, enjoyed everything except I assume spring rolls are in rice paper when ordering from a sushi restaurant, they were fried egg rolls. Did not want egg rolls.
