Service is easy to use and had no problem. However, I was very unhappy to see an added charge for using a credit card - I felt that was too much on top of the delivery charge and tip and I don't feel credit card users should be charged for card us - it's safer for the driver. The delivery fee at $3.00 was too much given the distance from the restaurant. While your service is great I wish the restaurant would handle their deliveries as by the time you add the tax, card charge, delivery charge and tip it gets expensive..
