In the past, I have ordered several large meals for friends without a problem. Then.... I ordered $116 worth of food which normally takes about 1 hour to deliver. After 90 minutes and no delivery, I called and they said the food was on its way. It wasn't. It took 2 hours to get the meals, and then to discover they didn't pack any rice. It took another 20 minutes to deliver the rice. Of course any then, the dinners were all cold. By this time, my hungry friends had left to go to a restaurant. I don't blame them, but I paid $116 for meal that was not shared by friends. Why did the restaurant say the food was on its way when it wasn't? Why did they not call when they were running late (I have b been a good customer of theirs for nearly a year) ? On top of all of this, why did they not pack the rice? They should have refunded the whole meal, which they ruined by their mistakes, but they offered no relief. I will never use them again. They do not care about their customers.
