I love Pon’s and have eaten great food there for years. Last night I ordered salmon and basil veggies. When I went to pick up order, I was told “out of salmon…what else would you like?” Substitute was $4 less but I was told there was no way to refund difference. Bad process!

Food was very fresh & tasty - I have to be GF Better Thai food than I got in Hendersonville Don’t be fooled by the location in a gas station, this place is the real deal just not a big restaurant

Crispy tofu basil was amazing! Spicy noodles also! Tom yum was sweet for my taste (more lime leaf and less sugar would be a good start.

Arrived after order was scheduled to be ready, waiting for 30 additional Minutes as food was “coming” only to be told food would be cooked “right now”, 90 mins after having ordered. Unacceptable.

Everything is yummy! The time it takes to cook with love does result in about an hour+ wait. It’s so worth it though. These ladies are cooking their butts off!

Ordered Tofú pad Thai...got chicken. Ordered tofú pineapple fried rice...had chicken in it too! Bean sprouts on the pad thai were rotten. Called for a refund and was refused. Language barrier.

I’ve had the Massaman chicken curry many times and this is the first time it’s been less than perfect. I got the veggie and it had some kind of leaf stems in it (maybe basil?) and too much ginger.

Food was great as usual but the Peanut Salad Dressing was forgotten which made the house salad disappointing as it's the Peanut Salad Dressing which motivated me to order the House Salad. But things happen so no worries. Will still go back.

Food was good but our order wasn’t ready when we got there even though we placed it well in advance. It makes me think either they weren’t checking the app orders regularly or the beyond menu app needs work?

Panang curry is the bomb. It's a tiny bit spicy, sweet, and salty combination of flavors in a coconut base. The tiny cut green beans really send this dish over the top.
