I placed an order via Beyond Menu and received a confirmation email saying the order went through. I chose the take out option, with pick up "ASAP." When I went in to the restaurant 30 minutes later, they had never received my order, and my food wasn't ready. They were very apologetic even though there was nothing they could have done. I placed a new order with them and the food was great.
The next day, almost exactly 24 hours later, I received a call from the restaurant saying my food was ready - which of course must have been the order I placed the day before. So unfortunately for them they made all that food for nothing.
I don't put any of the blame on the restaurant - they were great and I would certainly order with them again... just, probably not through Beyond Menu...
