Slowly broadening my horizons with this restaurant and so far it's all been good. Miso soup is a staple now and my new favorite tofu is general tso's, though homestyle originally turned me on to tofu :). Sesame is next!

Gyoza Japanese (will order again !! great !) 19. Sliced Beef, OX Tongue & Tripe with Special Szechuan Sauce (admittedly, 1st timer on this one...tasty) 4. Mongolian Beef (TENDER beef, umami sauce, and loads of onions...aaahhh mmm) 3. House Special Fried Rice (in this man's opinion, BEST House Fried around) 16. Happy Family (veggies and sauce were fabulous, could've used a little more meat) Chicken Teriyaki (sauce-wicked awesome...veggies-amazing...chicken-SO dry...don't know what happened there, hope it was just a fluke) Will definitely give Shanghai Osaka a 2nd, possibly a 3rd round !! Can't wait to taste some of the other offerings. Good job overall !

Quality was top notch as usual. My only complaint is that prices have gone up almost 10% since the last time I ordered.. That's kind of a turn off and will be looking at alternatives in the area.

ran out of 'salad' this time.. order delivery often from work.. NEVER get order right... Food is good but will not order from them in future for delivery because the order is never right.

Although it stated to wait about 45 to 60 minutes for my food, it was finished in 5 minutes. They gave me tea while I waited, and then gave me ice so I could finish the tea and get home quickly. Great Service

Took about an hour for food. And the food was ok. I had o bone in my chicken which ruined the meal for me. My husband wasn't a fan of the food either.

We do love this place, and we don't usually have any problems. However, this was the first time we've tried ordering online.. and a few of our items were forgotten. Our confirmation email (as well as the order notes for this review) show the complete order, all of the items accounted for, with matching money amounts. What we received was missing an entree, along with the accompanying rice and soup. The receipt we received was for a lesser amount -- though the tip remained the same. We were disappointed this time, but are willing to give another them chance, based on past experiences.

The best Chinese food delivery around but never close to enough spicy mustard or duck sauce. Absolutely amazing food! Please provide the sauces to go with it.
