My lunch was 45 minutes late and my office is 5 minutes from the restaurant. There was no extra sauce on my noodles as requested. Lo mein was kind of dry this time.

I don't think I've ever had a hot and sour soup this watery or flavorless. It's basically lightly colored hot vinegar water. The basil beef dish was a little better, so I gave it one higher star than I would have otherwise. Do not recommend, regret ordering this.

Food was good. However, I provided detailed delivery instructions but they were not followed. Because of this, I did not give 5 stars which delayed my delivery time and cooled the temperature of my food.

The max heat (very spicy) is pretty good, but it's not excruciating. You will have to go elsewhere for that.
