They forgot a part of our order, but called us before we left the parking lot to let us know and apologize deeply. It was definitely appreciated and was a big reason that we are return customers.

First, we were given the wrong order, had to turn around and drive back to store to exchange orders. Wr finally make it home and we realize they didn't send our soup or salad! $38 for two meals and they forget part of the meal? REALLY?!
