The las couple of times I've order pick up is taking to long for sushi and but this time it was worst when i told the person taking the orders that the food was taking to long she replied. So do you want it after paying and waiting I'm not going back

Sushi was a bit disappointing... cooked portions a little over cooked, 'spicy' not very spicy. Taste was pleasant for everything, but no wow factor.

Restaurant did not update app with order status. Had to call app to confirm because restaurant line was busy. When order arrived it was missing food. Now waiting on food that was missing. Unfortunate.

Good food and all but they take way too long on deliveries, literally waited over an hour and had to call them to see what was going on with the order, thats when suddenly they were “on their way”

The restaurant has an issue that they clearly know about but have not fixed with online orders. I got to the restaurant and they couldn’t find my order and after 5 mins they finally found it and had to put the order in, so I had to wait another 20 mins for them to make it.

I have never been disappointed by the food from Masa Sushi. We often order delivery. The food always promptly arrives and is still hot. I love their sushi along with several of their other items on the menu.

Singapore Rice Noodle dish was inedible - WAY too salty! Sesame Tofu & Vegetarian Fusion Roll were both delicious. Based on the items in my order, I'm not sure why a pork egg roll was included.
