Among our bevy of signature cold dishes are Crispy Rice Cubes Topped with Spicy Tuna; a Trio of Tartare served with Avocado Puree & Truffle Pearls; an Asian-Latin inspired White Fish, Shrimp & Mango Ceviche; and Carpaccio of Filet Mignon with Wasabi Cream.
