Restaurant did not have order ready when I went to pick it up - 15 minutes after the request time. Employee stated that they received the order, just didn't turn it in to process. No offer to correct the situation.

Food is excellent, but the restaurant will not answer their phone (every time we have ever called). They do not check for online orders and always make it difficult to get that ordered meal ready.

Never found the chicken that I ordered. Lots of tempura veggies though. Returned order yet told it was correct. Forgot salad so they added it. Still forgot steamed rice that was listed as being included with item. Not pleased and will dispute charge with American Express.

I placed my order at 6:45, arrived to pick up at 7:15pm. I don't think they knew about the order or started cooking it until after I arrived. So I didn't receive it until about 7:40, only to arrive home and discover they gave me the wrong curry.
