When the order was delivered, there was a missing item that was paid for in the order. This is the second that it has happened with different items. It is an inconvenience because the order is being delivered and there is nothing that can be done when the order is delivered with the missing item.

In general the food was excellent and service was quick! Only the pan fried dumplings were disappointing because the dough was so thick - that seems to be the way the restaurants in this region make them, but we'd hoped for a thinner dough - more like an egg roll wrapper rather then bread dough. Two in a Dish was super fresh and tasty and the Crab Rangoon was yummy. We'll definitely order from Mrs. Chen's again.

This was my first time ordering from Mrs. Chen's, and it was wonderful! The food came quickly, and it was still piping hot when delivered. The crispy chicken was unique, crispy and sweet and delicious! The lo mein had just the right amount of flavor and a healthy amount of veggies. The green beans were a bit spicy for my liking, but cooked perfectly. Definitely will order again in the future!
