Ordered a pizza with no cheese and was delivered one with cheese.When i called to tell them about the mixup(it happens) the young lady who answered the phone confirmed my instructions for no cheese were overlooked and that my new pizza would be on the way.A few minutes later,i received a call back saying I would NOT be receiving another pizza and that i would have to file a complaint.When i didnt agree,I was given to another young lady (manager perhaps?)and again I was told that I would not be delivered another pizza,but i could come into the shop to pick one up.Really?I had it delivered for a reason! We went back and forth,during which she actually told me i would have to pay delivery charge again for something that was clearly their fault,then said my instructions were NOT included in the order!She became very rude and at one point I felt like hanging up.When I pointed out the first young lady had confirmed my instructions WERE attached to the order,the manager then said my pizza would be resent out,but i would not receive it for 1 1/2-2 hrs,as they were too busy! I did receive my pizza eventually,an hour AFTER my first one arrived,ruining dinner for my family member with a dairy allergy(the reason for NO CHEESE in the first place.)..The pizza here is delicious everytime,but their customer service is a bit lacking.
