Waited 30 minutes and went to the location. Window employee seemed confused when I gave my name. About 3 minutes later came back and advised they didn't get my order off the fax machine and it'd be another 30+ minutes before it's ready. Want a refund

Their food is always delicious. One problem, I wish the app would give me the correct price. The prices have gone up but the app shows different prices.
