Placed our to go order at 5:30pm and it wasn't ready until 7:30pm. I understand places get busy, but they couldn't even say when our order would be ready. Knowing approximately when it would be ready would have made it possible to leave and come back

This is very good. Shrimp and mushrooms in a light sweet and sour sauce. Also comes with crispy rice but I also ask for white rice

Not enough help. Long wait for food that was ordered online. Food was not hot even though we waited in line for it. Most of the food was tasty though.

I really appreciate that we could put in our time for pick-up (about 45 minutes after I placed the order) to give me time to run a quick errand. I also appreciate that House of Hsu made the rice without egg, as requested. We are vegan (but cheated with the egg drop soup) and it's nice to know we can get Chinese food without animal products close by. Thank you!

The food was excellent as always, but the service at the time of the pick up was not very good with it taking an additional 15 to 20 mins. for carry out, not the young ladies fault at the counter, just needed additional people there to help during a busy time.

I was surprised with the deep fried Gen Tso chicken. Too large pieces' and just not to my liking. I've had Gen Tso chicken at many Chinese restaurants, never deep fried. Sorry, but I'll not be back.
