The order was 2 hours late. Very disappointed. Ordered at 6:14 and it finally got here at 8:25. So upset that they didn't even communicate well. I called after an hour and was told someone would be here "very soon". An hour later is not soon.

I put in the order as my boyfriend was being discharged from a surgery at the nearby VA. There was an unforeseen complication and we ended up having to stay in recovery longer. When I called to cancel or delay the order I was told it was impossible.

I ordered my food at 5:02 the receipt said it left for delivery at 5:47. I am 2 miles down the road and got my food at 7:10. It was cold and very disappointing.

We only got 1 of the 2 meals we ordered that was correct. They gave us the sweet and sour chicken we ordered but my husband did not get the chicken with garlic sauce he ordered. Also put both orders of fried rice in 1 container. Not okay.
