I put in several places, no peppers or onions, table pepper is ok.... food gets here, ate eggrolls and soup. fine, all is good. Then get to entre and there are large chunks of bell peppers in it. they had ignored my requests.
and yeah, when wife took the wrong order back, they apologized and remade the entree. but the meant that I had to eat after everyone else had eaten.
our whole house is sock. Chinese food is our go to comfort food.
This place has been there for a long time. we literally watched the previous owner's son grow up. the daughter's go through high school and onto college. The food was pretty decent under them. we ate there or ordered from there enough so that they knew our voices and favorite things. About twice a month or more.
They sold the place... the new owners seem to be running multiple restaurants out of this one place.
And yeah the food was decent. but to ignore a request like this... I am allergic to peppers and intolerant of onions.
epipens are not cheap.
If we ever order from here again. we hope that they pay closer attention.
I do want to make sure to say that they were very polite and apologized. made the replacement dish right away.
but it still sucks to be eating your food by yourself when everyone else has eaten. They offered to wait, But I wasn't going g to make them eat cold food.
