Item missing although that was fixed it took a while. Hot and sour soup had some type of gel in it and was inedible. Food was underwhelming in general and lacked flavor, and the items that were supposed to be spicy weren't.

Food is grear. But i ask for extra soy sauce and hot mustard and sweet &sour sauce. And received 3 pks if soy sauce norhing else. Asked for salt and pepper on f/f ketchup on the side. No salt and pepper and they put ketchup all on the F/F
