We really enjoy having Chinese food every so often and we typically choose to order from Green Tea because it's the only place we know of that's close enough for delivery. Unfortunately, although their fried rice and egg rolls are terrific, we can only say their other dishes we've tried are merely "good". That's because, however great they could be, if it's a dish made with either chicken or beef, the way they're prepared just ruins it for us. The meat's texture is disgustingly mushy and pasty, which causes an urge to spit it out. As a result, we find ourselves eating around the meat, and sometimes not even able to finish the meal because of it. Yuck. On top of that, the sweet rolls, although hot and delicious to eat immediately upon arrival, if they're left to cool for even 10 minutes, they become chewy and hard, like they were re-heated in a microwave. Understandably then, every time we order from them, we afterwards say, "Ugh. Let's wait a long while before we do THAT again!" All in all, in all fairness, most of the food is actually okay. The veggies are fresh and crisp, the sauces delectable. If you want "Great", though, just don't order anything with meat.
