I have seen several complaints about a long wait time for their orders. I however do not mind the long wait time because my food is always hot, fresh, and made with love which makes a dish that tastes amazing.

Our wonton soup lid wasn’t put on all the way so it spilled all in the bag and in our truck, but we understand accidents happen. We tried to call them but nobody ever picked up. But the food is great!

Ordered online, no one at window for 10 mins after a vehicle had previously left. No one greeted to say it would be a minute. Shouldn't have to wait for long period of times for an order placed in advance.

I ordered online at 7:00pm. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:32. At 8:10 I reached the window, food still wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes for you to bag it up. So I waited in line for 50 minutes. This is unacceptable. I won't be back

Should not have had to wait an hour and a half after the order was ready. Preorders should not have to wait while orders placed at window waited at the window. Our order was said to be ready at 6:27 pm. Was there to pick up and waited until 8:00

Have ordered several times and is very good. Only draw back is they have discontinued some things but still on menu. One review stated didn't seem like fast food, can order by phone or online if problem they call you back if ordered online.
