I used to love this place and since covid it’s not as good the bourbon chicken used to have a reddish color now it’s a thin brown and had very little flavor Won’t eat here anymore

Very good food each time we order, which is at least once per week. My only complaint is from today's order: they forgot my egg roll! Not a big deal, tho. Everything was exactly as ordered (even the special requests we always have!), hot and fresh!!

I've received better service from BM (which means the food would have been warmer), but receiving fried rice (too salty) instead of white is totally on the restaurant. It's the most I've spent on take-out with BM & the least happy.

I placed an order through this app. An hour and a half later I had not received my food so I called them. I was told beyondmenu never faxed the order to them. The restaurant quickly made my food.

The fried wonton was so hard it chipped my tooth, You could tell the fries were cooked in old grease. No broccoli in the combination plater usually it comes with one or two.
