Albert's is like going back in time to the beautiful Cantonese restaurants that I remember when I was a kid in the 1950's. The food is incomparable. You will never find better Won Ton soup!! Frankly you will never find better food, ambiance, service.

Albert's is a wonderful trip into the past, when the most common Chinese cuisine served in local restaurants was Mandarin style. I have known Albert for over 50 years. He is a genuine, caring man and a fabulously successful restaurateur. The food here is simply the best. There is nothing on the menu I wouldn't recommend, from the standards to the list of Chef's specials. His recent renovation added a Japanese menu, and the sushi is as good as it gets. However, for me, if I had to recommend one dish only it would be the Won Ton soup. You will never taste anything like it anywhere. The wontons are delicate little floating dumplings, the broth homemade and so flavorful. The spare ribs and duck dishes are straight out of Mott Street. The Jumbo shrimp dishes have shrimp so large you'll never finish the whole dish. In short, want the best Chinese food? Go to Albert's Mandarin Gourmet in Huntington. You will love it!

Chinese food was delicious, fresh and made with quality ingredients. Sadly, the sushi/sashimi was INEDIBLE. My dogs ended up with it. What a disappointment.
