Ordered via Website; there is no options to order beverage. In my order i placed White Rice and Coke. I get to the restaurant, when giving my card asked Gave my order for pick up. L32, Chicken with Broccoli, White Rice, Wonton Soup(forgot my soup one time) and Coke. I asked if everything was there. Lady Acknowledged but did not get the Coke. I asked for beverage in Note and before she ran my card. Asked if i can have Coke but all i have is my card and no cash. Lady that worked there was reluctant to add coke and would not take my card because it was less $2.00. I left without Coke and just the meal. Suggestion: Add beverages to your menu and if noted please read note and add beverage to the order. Meal was good just Service could be better.

We are a core group of Colleagues that have eaten at Bamboo House for the last 15 years. From the friendly service, great food, and attention to detail... when you order take out for 12 people, its is great to have their names written on the containers! Bravo to the staff of Bamboo... we will be back!!

Working in the area, we have been going to Bamboo House in Groton for years. Normally its a lunch order for 10-12 people. The food and the service are outstanding. As the person who normally orders and picks up the food, one of most helpful services is they write each persons name on the boxes... so much easier when you are feeding a full crew.

Delivery Service was very convenient and fairly fast, but online ordering wont let you pay by credit card. I ordered the specials because that's what I had wanted and it seemed to be more economical but the beef chow mein was beef with broccoli with no chow mein noodles and the special had almost no sweet and sour chicken. I'll order from elsewhere next time.

Everything was delicious, especially enjoyed the crab sticks, the best in the world, and the triple green and the flavors of the cooked vegetable combination stimulated my taste buds to whole new world. Great prices, great quality, great everything.

The Crab Rangoon's and the Shrimp Lo Mein were amazing as always..... I was disappointed this time with the chicken, a little dry . Eating here for that last 17 years this might have been the first time the food as not 100%. Its bound to happen. The Bamboo House will continue to be my go to restaurant for Chinese!

Although the food was good, they 1. Omitted 1 egg roll 2. Gave us 1 container of sweet & sour sauce for 3 meals--2 combos and 1 quart size meal. This is difficult to divide.

This has been my go to place for Chinese food in Groton, CT. Tried the other places in town, but none compare to Bamboo House. The crab rangoons are absolutely the best anywhere! The service is friendly and fast. Give this place a try and you won't go elsewhere afterwards for Chinese food.

Best coconut chicken in this area of the state, hands down. I love their consistency, and they are always worth every dollar for their delicious food. Love the vegetable rice too!!! Great for the girls who aren't into pork fried rice and white rice with a meal gets boring all the time. Always super friendly when the deliver too! If I go to other Chinese restaurants, I feel like I'm cheating. Yet, I'm a sucker for a good tofu dish and sadly that's the only thing they don't do here. Always recommend!
