One of the worst experiences I've ever had. First of all, I was unable to use my credit card to place my order after entering and reentering my billing address.
The worst part was when I called to find out where my order was and the pizzas had NOT been started. I was placed on hold two times, hung up on, and was told repeatedly that the manager was calling me. That never happened. I was in charge of feeding over 50 teachers, administrators, and other school employees today. It was very embarrassing for me to have to tell them that their lunch wasn't coming. The man at Del's Pizza kept telling me that the order came in at 10:33am. Because of that, they were unable to cook my pizza and deliver it by 11:20 and again at 11:50 ( I placed two orders). He kept telling me that he needed an hour or more. I never got an apology or offer to make things right, and we do a lot of business with them. I am really hoping that my school will discontinue their business with Del's.
