The delivery for a small cheese pizza took over an hour and when it finally did get here it was cold and stale. the wings were also soggy because they probably sat there for a long time. I used to order from these guys all the time but now i won't. The previous order contained lobster mac and cheese which again took over an hour and was cold upon arrival.

Great food, fast delivery but I work at a clinic and the driver always wants me to come to him instead of him coming to me. I am paying for delivery and tip. Delivery guy needs to park.

Burger was good. Steak fries and rice pilaf were also good even though they did not send utensils for my rice. I had to eat the rice with the lid of the Ketchup container. Other than that, good food.

Great amount of food for the cost! However, the pieces of chicken used in alfredo/broc dish were far too big, definitely should be cut up more bite sized considering amount of pasta. As for double patty Cheeseburger & fries, all soggy when arrived.

Cubano isn’t a “true” cubano. Expected a warm pressed sandwich, but this came on a cold sub roll...it was messy, wet and included more ingredients (which I didn’t want or expected) than listed in description. Came with fries which were cold. Usually have a great experience with Nick’s, but this specific order wasn’t great. Just ended up tossing it.

It was ok. I’ve had the veal parmigiana before it’s been better. Service was fast, food was hot. Lacked flavor tonight sorry a bit disappointed. I’m a very good customer I buy from you 3/4 weekly.

Usually enjoy the food when my coworker orders it, but honestly this time the roast beef was a little tough, and the tots were very soggy and if it wasn't for the ketchup it really wasn't that tasty.

Great Food, They always forget the extras that you ask for even though I order online (8 out of 9 orders), Never send utensils in most cases. Asked for extra tarter sauce on several occasions with fish dinners and received none. The only thing that keeps me ordering is the food is sooooo good. This order had everything I might add !!!! So maybe my talk with them at the store helped last week.
