Both sandwiches were good. Received wrong soda (was sugar free - blah). Delivery was a little klunky, but it worked out and it’s got to be tough dealing with so many ordering a pickup options.

Never received a call upon arrival, no receipt, no apartment number on bag. How is lobby attendant supposed to know who food is for? Why did driver not confirm food delivery?

Our order didn't have giardiniera. I thought it would have been automatically included since it was included in the sandwich ingredients. This was my first time using your site, so it wasn't clear to me that I had to add items, nor do I understand why giardiniera costs extra if it's in the main description.
