The fried rice was so dry. Hard and unflavorful. Waited 5 minutes before the cashier even acknowledge me. Poor customer service.

I ordered my food at 5:19. At 6:45 food was not here yet. I called the store and was told that they never looked at the Online system and saw my order. They did make it, got it in 25 mins.

Im a lover of Hunan Odenton again!!!! Its been months since we had them due to bad order experience but thank goodness!!! Everything was delicious....thank gou to the cook this evening!!! Yum!
