New China

One of my orders was Incorrect. Called the restaurant back hoping they could deliver the entree I originally ordered. They said I could go pick it up or they could credit me. Very disappointed.

Instead of honoring the prices on the website the restaurant changed the sizes of items ordered to a smaller size so that the order total was closer to what we were charged. It appears that they raised their prices but did not update the website. Restaurant never told us that they were changing the order. Very very disappointed with the way they handled this - makes us feel that they think it is okay to cheat us so that they are not out two or three dollars. This was the only Chinese restaurant we patronized, but no longer.

Pleasantly surprised...ordered for lunch to share with co workers and they all loved it too!

Food was great like always

Didn't actually get to try the Crab Rangoon because an incorrect item was put in it's place. I didn't realize until I got all the way home, and by that time, it wasn't worth driving back. However, all the items we ordered were delicious and we plan to order again.

New China has the BEST egg rolls and crab rangoon I have ever had. Sweet and sour chicken is the best and they give you lots of sweet and sour sauce and chicken on the side with a nice helping of white rice. This is the best Chinese Food in Chicago. Their vegetable egg foo young is fantastic and almost everything else we have ordered has never let us down. If you have the opportunity to have a meal in their small area restaurant with a few booths you can view the chefs in action as they cook your meal on giant woks along the wall. Preparing complicated food is a true art and New China has the skill and food quality to prove it! I have been ordering from here for years and have never been disappointed.

Best Egg Rolls in Chicago. Fantastic Crab Rangoon. If you like Fried Rice (go with the Pork), but any other ingredient is still just as good. Anything Sweet & Sour (they give you the: Sauce, Chicken, Shrimp, whatever on the side) including fried or white rice. Wonton Soup is a must. The vegetable Egg Foo Yong is delicious and traditional. All in all, "one of our "favorite" restaurants".

The Pot Stickers were a little over cooked and chewy but not terrible... I like mine softer not so crispy. The pad thai was excellent if you like spicy food which I do. The pad thai was one of the best I have ever had.

This delivery came so fast, I don't even know how it was possible to cook and drive the food to my house in that amount of time! Good basic Chinese food.

Most of the time we go, we get great food. I tried something different and was slightly disappointed. The seafood in lobster sauce contained a lot of "crabmeat" and literally 2 pieces of each shrimp and scallops.
