I always order online, so I can't really comment on their phone customer service, but the food arrived warm and delicious. The prices are more than reasonable. My only quibble was the almost two-hour delivery time. Considering I live less than five miles from the store, I found 110 minutes to be excessive. I will order from them again, but will account for their delivery time so that I'm not starving by the time it arrives.

Good Jerry is consistently good. They make your food fast and is usually ready by the time you reach the store (max 15 min after ordering). Furthermore the portions are very large.

I ordered a Chicken Steak Sub because I'm a Heart Patient and it was a regular steak sandwich so I gave it away... my family was not pleased with the chinese food & the wings (although some like them fried hard) my granddaughter didn't care for them. I wasn't pleased with the flavor of the the Chicken Egg Foo Young gravy it was kind of bland... The food is sitting in my fridge and will be trashed...
