My Avacado roll only 4 pieces. Appeared to be a 1/2 order at full price. My shrimp tempura roll had shells still on some of the shrimp. When I spend $70 on dinner I expect better

Food here is great! Biggest issue is ALWAYS different total payed from what is shown online. Give me option to pay online so my total can't be changed. Always higher once you get to the store.😠

The rice on the sushi was very soft. It took away the taste of sushi. I ordered 2 but got only one. They had to make another for me. My hot and sour soup was not in my bags although I paid for it.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, it was a great choice. The sushi was delicious and my girlfriend loved her more than generous portion of teriyaki chicken (would have easily filled both of us up, she couldn't finish half). I'd recommend it to anyone, I carried out but I noticed how calm and ambient the dining room was, seemed like a nice place to sit and eat as well.

Everything was good except I did find part of a shell on the shrimp. This is the only time it has happened. Other then that I would still order from Kirin.

Sushi is excellent. Service is lacking. This was an online pickup order and it took the better part of an hour to get the food. It was dinner time and they were busy.
