Yams is always quick, friendly and exceptional. The hot and sour soup is the best around. Love the dumplings and tea braised eggs. Tofu with scallions was surprisingly flavorful but delicate. Everything (except the chicken gizzards, which were unfortunately over cooked) I’ve had from the ‘China tongue’ menu has been awesome, the beef with tripe and chili oil was remarkable and I love the dry chili chicken (so many chili’s!!!!). The spicy and numbly pots are very authentic. This is not your average general Tsaos Chinese take out joint.
