Order arived over an hour after I placed it. Ordered and was charged for 2 desserts but did not receive. Called store but they were too busy to speak to me, placed phone on counter with an open line and could hear loud cursing in background, they never picked the phone back up. The food we got tasted fine, but I am due a refund for items not received.
