Can't say the food quality was good this time. Typically they are better but today was not a good day. Also, the Kung Pau Chicken was small pieces of chicken with nothing but batter. Felt like left over scraps. Not sure if I would ever order this menu item again...

Ordered for my elderly folks and just got dumplings for me. 40 bux later ...Check your order before the driver leaves because if they short you they can't credit you back and they can have someone bring it when they have someone available or they can take your cell phone number and you can get a free one next order. All nice options when you are hungry now and already waited for the food. Now I get to eat a tv dinner. Should have done that first.

Seem to always be missing or wrong meal delivered. Last 2 times wrong 1 dinner was in bag both times. This time no fried rice for my wife's meal as ordered. Food is good, just something seems to be wrong with our order every time.

Delicious! And prompt delivery by very congenial delivery guy! We have just moved to this area, so we're switching from our weekly West End delivery restaurant to Fortune Bowl. We have loved our West End guys for years, but we really like the Fortune Bowl's less heavy presentations. Lastly, Fortune Bowl's website is super friendly.

If possible, please mark what the item is in the container. Two of the items we ordered had no picture on the menu. Pork & Beef. So we just guessed what was in the order. But all of our food was hot and delicious! We will order from you again. Thank you!
