I have two addresses on my account, I selected the second address but the app changed it back to the first address so my food got sent to the wrong address. By the time we got our food it was cold. We asked for well done chicken and got regular, asked for fried dumpling and they only have a slight browning like they were fried for maybe 30 seconds, General tso tasted just like the sesame just without the seeds. All in all, we’re disappointed this time around.

ordering online was easy. order was ready for pick up at the time requested. However the sesame chicken was a little tough to chew - overcooked and dry. was not an enjoyable dinner. if we were eating this in a sit down restaurant, I would have sent it back to the kitchen.

The delivery person was about good customer service; I appreciate that. I like a lot of onions. I needed more onions in my food order. I substituted and requested shrimp fried rice. In my opinion, there should have been more shrimp in t he fried rice. (I paid more to get it). I'll probably order again.

It was hot & ready when i arrived. They only charged me $1 for extra veggies in the general tso's tofu. The tofu option isn't listed but they pay great attention to the notes. Whether I'm ordering online, calling or walking in, they're always friendly, clean & make great Chinese-American food. One of my go-to's in Rochester.
