One of my top favorite places. Just reminds me of the sub shops we grew up with. I like most about it is at the end when you hit the total it's exactly what it says it's going to be. No surprise extra fees at the end. Delivery price always stated

I didn't have access to my phone and I was able to use Beyond Menu via internet. $1 delivery fee, no hidden charges. It would have been the same amount as if I had called the place directly. Food is always great. It's A Favorite of mine.

Universal Pizza is one of my favorites. This was the 1st I used Beyond the Menu and I was truly impressed. There were no hidden fees. Delivery fees are exactly what the restaurant say they are.

They called me when they had a question instead of assuming what I wanted. I appreciated that. The food is delicious! The driver called when he arrived; nice touch. Will definitely order again.

Had to call & get another shells with meatballs cause they forgot to put cheese on top lasagna was horrible was all sauce noodles were everywhere has got both before & they were so good don't know what happened

I ordered online and universal pizza did not have anywhere to order extra ingredients for your pizza. I went ahead and requested in the suggestion box under the pizza order box. I paid by credit card and soon after I placed my order I received a phone call telling me that my extra ingredients that I ordered would cost me more. I knew they would but it would have been nice to be able to include the extra price directly to my order online. The pizza was delicious -- they just need to update their website online ordering a bit. I will certainly will order from them again.
