It took 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I called twice and was told there busy and got hung up on both times. By the time the good got here it was cold and we are missing items. Never ordering again.

Holy cow. Super fast delivery and the house lo mein was amazing, asked for snowpeas and carrots, and they were awesome and did that for me! It's awesome, and I will definitely order that again.

What we got was great, just didn't listen to special requests..ie fried chicken instead of sliced. General Tsos was good, just no spice at all, very sweet.

Very fast, employee was really nice. Great customer service the bigger guy is probably the best delivery driver for Chinese in Waterloo he is pretty chill and doesn't seem to let people being rude offend him just great customer service over all
