The driver makes me leave my apartment and go downstairs to the front door to pick up my food instead of him coming up this stairs to my apartment door like other delivery people do.

I ordered a large Lobster lo mein and found no Lobster. Instead I found just several pieces of imitation crab meat. I worked in a fish market for 10 years and I know what fake imitation crab meat looks like.I am going back to ordering Sichuan Express

The food is great but NEVER ordering again!!!! The delivery driver is super rude Twice in a row demanding for a tip. When I can I will but when I can’t I shouldn’t be shamed yet alone obligated. Made a scene in front of one of my building neighbors.

It was ok. Just ok. I wanted it to be better. The delivery driver didn’t have our Pepsi we ordered but was sooooo nice about it and refunded me cash. So it’s all good and not a big deal.
