Placed order at 6 pm central time online. Got there around 14 minutes later. Waited an additional 10 minutes to be told by the gorgeous woman at front counter something got botched up and the order didn't show up and something about the website screwing up. Had to give order again in person and we originally wanted the general tsao's chicken cooked extra to be more crispy per my instructions on online order page. 6:33 we finally received our order. It was good food overall but chicken wasn't that crispy(I've been a consistent customer of Mai Tai in Richland for over a year and so far theyve been the best), and the eggrolls were a little soggy. I won't low rate this business yet. First time customer and $h%t happens, but at least the chicken was cooked enough unlike China Buffet in Pearl. Next time I order from Mikado, I'll call it in or order in person. The well spoken and polite gorgeous woman at the counter makes dealing with them worth a minor issue like this, sincerely. Ray
