Was told no steamed bean curd skin roll which is fine as it was not charged for. But we are missing 2 orders of shark fin dumpling which we were charged for.

extremely terrible Customer Service. Not only have no idea what’s going on but just plain rude about mistakes on their part! Food quality has gone down too, Don’t go there, go to the one in Middletown

Food was Ok, service not so much. The sesame chicken way dry which is not normal. Food took 15 minutes longer than time given on here. No apology or explanation given just a "not ready yet". Even after sitting there while 4 orders were filled when I finally got my food, no apology, not even a thank you or have a nice day. Not normal for this place, but if I wasn't a regular I would be turned off conpletely
