It was all very good, and the food tastes fresher and less greasy than the food at most Chinese restaurants. My only complaint is the serving size of the barbecued spare ribs seemed too small. Everything was very tasty, and we will be returning.

The food is always reliably good. And I especially like the quality of the shrimp that use. It is plump and fresh tasting. I have a newborn baby and can't leave the apartment easily. Previously I tipped an advance on the credit card and I noticed the driver did not bring my food up the stairs to my apartment and made me come down. So now I tip after the fact. And that seems to motivate the driver to bring the food up to me. If they do that I do tip generously!

The food here is great, no question. But when I paid $6.45 for vegetarian spring rolls, I rather expected that there would be more than just three. That's absolutely ridiculous and a total rip off.

I was called to confirm my credit card billing address, and asked about the expected delivery time. The food arrived about 25 minutes late from that. The delivery time should be on the receipt, or even on the web page when I check out.

Even though the woman on the phone told me that it might take over 1.5 hours to deliver my food because it was dinner time on Mother's Day, in the end it took only 45 minutes. Very reasonable (and delicious!).

Usually when I order, the items arrive within 30 minutes of ordering. This time, it took almost an hour. It took a call from me at the 45 minute mark.....it sounded like they may have forgotten to fill my order. In the end, the food was good.

The food was pretty good and we would reorder everything but the orange meatless chicken. It was more expensive, but turned out being very dry (their other meatless meat can be pretty good though), The 'orange juice' was Sunny D (wish we had known). Delivery took a little over an hour so I did contact BeyondMenu. Right when a nice customer service rep was helping me, the doorbell rang. Overall a good experience.

The food was tasty enough; my only complaint is how long it took to arrive. When it wasn't here an hour after I ordered, I called--they said they were working on the order right then, but that they only promise delivery within 90 minutes. That's longer than I'm used to, and probably long enough to get me to order elsewhere next time.
